    Last assignment - Chief Executive Officer – for a Financial Solution Provider
    As the CEO of I worked to implement my vision which is to be the leading provider of strategy, performance enhancement, business
    consulting, financial, technological and Advisory services for Brokerage, Trading, Asset management and Portfolio Management
    organizations in the region through the latest cutting edge technology

    In the 3 months as CEO – I conducted a gap analysis, hired the appropriate people, and sent the original staff to extensive training, put in
    place policies, procedures and best practices. Moreover, I secured substantial new deals for the firm and oversaw their implementation.

    Moreover, I managed to close the whole annual revenue target just in 3 months.

• Over 25 years of business experience. My professional life started in Kuwait where at 15 due to father’s death. I had to take over a conglomerate of family companies, learn the business and grow the firms.  I remained as the managing partner from 1983 to 2000 when I sold the businesses.
